On/Offboarding Module Our speaker delved into the intricacies of the Onboarding Module, elucidating how both administrators and regular users can utilize it effectively. Key points included:
Task Management: Admins can create, edit, and assign tasks to new hires, complete with due dates and reminders. Necessary documents can be attached to tasks, and categories can be duplicated for convenience.
Dashboard View: The general dashboard provides insights into company tasks and to-do lists. Admins can assign multiple tasks to new employees, and task viewing allows for easy tracking, filtering, and search options.
History View: Normal users can review past tasks completed for reference and transparency.
Recruitment Module
Kok Woei Lin then transitioned to the Recruitment Module, a comprehensive set of tools for end-to-end hiring accessible to different users. The highlights included:
Dashboard Overview: Admins can monitor the total number of candidates, candidates in the interview stage, and job openings. Users can access task-related information.
Job Openings: Users can create and manage job openings with detailed information, including job title, description, skill set, experience, and more. The hiring stage can be customized and offer letters can be generated.
Applicant Form: Users can set predefined questions for applicants and access their profiles, internal comments, feedback, and logs.
Advanced Search and Reporting: A robust filtering system, along with candidate funnel reports, allows for easy tracking of the hiring process's progress and efficiency.
InstantPay and Direct CPF Submission
The webinar also covered two additional essential features:
InstantPay: The InstantPay feature was another highlight of the webinar. InstantPay allows companies to pay employees immediately through the FAST transfer network within Singapore, completing the process in seconds. It offers a hassle-free solution for rapid salary disbursement, enhancing payroll management.
Direct CPF Submission: JustLogin has integrated with GovTech Singapore to offer Direct CPF Submission, a safer and more convenient way to submit and pay CPF contributions. Admins can securely transfer CPF data to the CPF board, simplifying the process and eliminating the need to log into the portal for submissions. It follows the same steps as traditional CPF file generation but offers direct submission capabilities. Kok Woei Lin detailed the steps and options for submitting CPF contributions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Q: Is there an email feature to invite candidates for interviews in the on/offboarding module?
A: Unfortunately, the on/offboarding module does not currently have a feature to send out emails to candidates for interview invitations.
Q: Will the recruitment module be integrated with LinkedIn?
A: Yes, the recruitment module will be integrated with LinkedIn in the future.
Q: When is the on/offboarding module scheduled to launch?
A: The on/offboarding module is set to be launched on September 20th in Singapore.
